但這首可是Ed要用來打敗Thinking Out Loud的歌曲呢！

翻譯後記：
註一、Divide這張專輯的特色除了曲風多樣以外，所有的詞似乎都互相承接著
Dive right in這裡就在專輯中第三首的Dive中提過 （點我看Dive中文翻譯）
Follow my lead則是在Shape of You中出現喔！
註二、"Shares my dream and shares her home"
"To carry love, to carry children of our own"
事實上我覺得這裡的詞是整首歌中最巧妙的部份XD
Ed用share跟carry兩詞，帶出了他理想中的未來生活
自從Thinking Out Loud在全球聲名大噪以後
Ed一直很怕他的歌唱生涯就被這首歌給定型
所以他一直再嘗試要寫出一首更厲害的歌來打敗Thinking Out Loud
所以就有了Perfect這首歌的出現！
他本人也表示他覺得這首歌絕對能夠打敗Thinking Out Loud
身為Ed的腦粉我覺得兩首歌都很棒（走開）
但比起來Thinking Out Loud比較像是熱戀中適合的歌
"Maybe we found love right where we are"這樣的感覺
像是突然意識到自己擁有了愛情 感情也許還沒有那麼深厚
但Perfect這首歌就完全不一樣了
是一首想要跟對方進入人生下一個階段的歌曲
比起只享受甜蜜的愛情，他已經準備好要建立一個家庭
和對方承擔起下一階段的責任 順便稱讚一下對方完美的不得了（無誤）
有什麼情話會比「I see my future in your eyes 我在妳眼中看見了未來」更動聽呢？
順便吐嘈一下歌詞中的Darling多到我不知道怎麼翻譯比較好
因為我覺得達令實在是感覺很老的詞 所以我堅決不想用XDDD
